Briargate

Briargate

One of the originally planned developments in the Colorado Springs community, Briargate sits at the south entrance to the United States Air Force Academy on the west and the busy Powers and Woodmen interchange on the east. All the major north-south and east-west arteries in the city border or cross the area and there are several retail pockets, large parks, as well as quick access to the north-side employers. Most of the area was constructed between 1980 and 2000 with a wide variety of home values.
