Situated outside the city limits in unincorporated El Paso County, Gleneagle has a private water district and was originally built around a now-developed golf course. Many of the homes in Gleneagle enjoy quarter to one-third acre lots and due to their raised elevation east of I-25, have a pitched-view of the Front Range and the Air Force Academy. A Pikes Peak view is visible from every parcel in the area.
