University Park
Highly irregular in shape, the University Bluffs/ University Park neighborhood embraces its own, private-open space to the west side with trailheads entering the forested enclave. On the streets along the mesa top (and in the valley’s middle on Montebello) are tremendous westerly views of the city lights, giving way to the mountain range and Pikes Peak.
