She responded to my initial email inquiry within 30 minutes to schedule a time to talk. I initially thought I wanted to build so she researched everything for me while I was living in Germany. Of course, all the aspects of a new build quickly spiraled into something more than I was willing to take on. I asked Jennifer to look into pre-existing homes for me instead. That evening, she sent me links to homes, and we talked about one in particular. She arranged a showing the next morning. We did our walkthrough via FaceTime and decided to make an offer right then! It was amazing moving from overseas knowing I already had a home lined up! I drove straight from the airport and met Jennifer at the house to see it in person for the first time.
